I have always looked forward to opportunities of interacting with students and sharing my learnings and experiences with them. I led one such interactive session yesterday for the students and faculty of Modern Maternity Hospital (MGMH) in Hyderabad.
I was asked to share my insights on the “New ART Law” and spoke about the revised rules , requirements for various processes , importance of following the regulations , accreditation requirements and procedural timelines etc. My talk also focused on some key components like mandatory witnessing procedures (which I stringently follow in practice) are missing and need to be incorporated in the new ART regulations as having them will further enhance the transparency of the ART procedures for all the stakeholders involved.
The time spent with the students and faculty was really amazing.
